- CAMP TRAILER AND RV PARKING
No Camp Trailer, camper, etc., useable as a residence shall be allowed upon any lot for a period longer than sixty (60) days without approval of the architectural committee.
- ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE
Dwellings or buildings to be built upon any lot of any plat must have approval of the architectural committee.
Dwellings built on the airport must be a minimum of 600 square feet.
Dwellings built on plat 3 and 4 must be a minimum of 900 square feet.
(9) PATIOS AND CANOPIES:
Any patios, canopies, attachments, carports, garages, airplane hangars or ports if applicable shall be architecturally in harmony and of permanent structure if erected on said lot and shall be completed within ninety (90) days.
(10) VEHICLES
Not more than three (3) autos will be allowed per lot and all must be in running order. No major overhauling or repairing of cars or planes will be allowed unless in an enclosed garage.
(11) GARBAGE SERVICE
The Homeowners board of directors shall see that a Garbage Service is provided for the owners exclusive use, either by providing it or having it provided by an outside hauler.
No Camp Trailer, 5th Wheel, Recreational Vehicle of other motorized device which can be used as a residence, temporary or permanent shall be allowed upon any lot for a period longer than sixty (60) days in any one twelve month period without first obtaining a permit from the maintenance manager or office personell. Such permit shall be freely given extending the parking of the vehicle to a maximum of one hundred eighty (180) days during any one 12 month period provided that the applicant has provided sufficient information to show that waste and other refuse will not endanger the community and that the applicant has provided adequate assurance that all waste and refuse will be disposed of properly.
Lot owners who desire to construct dwellings or buildings to be built upon any lot of any plat shall first seek the approval of the architectural committee.
The architectural committee shall not unreasonably withold approval of the dwelling or building provided that the dwelling or building is in harmony with the intended use and purpose of the community using objective community standards .
Lot owners who wish to appeal the architectural committee's decision may do so by providing written notice of their intent to appeal to the Board. The Board shall have sixty days to review the appeal and issue a decision approving or denying the lot owners request for approval to build a dwelling or building.
Dwellings built on the airpot must be a minimum of 600 square feet and must include space in the dwelling or an outbuilding designed to hangar an aircraft.
Not more than three (3) vehicles, excluding boats, will be allowed per lot. All vehicles on a lot must be currently registered and licensed. No major overhauling or repairing of cars or planes will be allowed unless in an enclosed garage.
