Covenants

Please follow the link to the convenants below. They have been provided for your review and convenience. Remember, these are the rules and law that the homeowners association operates under. The CC&Rs are the rule of law in conjunction with State Law.

We are updating the covenants in July of 2008. Since an update requires a 75% vote of the lot owners, we're starting the discussion early. Please take the time to review the covenants as they currently exist. Suggested changes are in the right hand column. If you have a suggestion to make, please feel free to click on the button that says 'suggest change'.

In January of 2008, I will compile the suggestions into a document and we will further discuss the proposals. Please be proactive in this debate. Your participation assures full community representation!
