Several years ago, my husband and I decided to live the dream. We wanted to have a place on the other side of the mountains where we could get away for the weekend. The problem was it was simply too far to drive. Flying down to Portland one day in our Cessna Cardinal, we realized that a 2 hour plane ride was much nicer than a 5 hour drive. We began to look for properties that were near airports or had an airpark. We lucked out with finding Seven Bays Washington (73WA). We purchased a home there and have never regretted it. We have never looked back. Since my husband is an aviation attorney and pilot (www.aviationlegal.com) and I am a real estate agent, we decided to seize upon this niche. We have explored many of the lovely airpark properties throughout the State of Washington. Crest Airpark, Kent, Washington

Located on the east side of King County, Crest Airpark has the big city only minutes away while reaining it's country charm and appeal. Crest is a public airport with an FBO, fuel on site, and training (S36). Several homes are on field as well as a few very nice custom homes. 3200 Paved and Lighted Runway.
