(1) You must also have a webcam! You can purchase one at any Office Depot, Staples, etc. They run anywhere from $19.99 to $199.00. We have the basic logitech webcam on all our computers. Make sure the one you get is compatible with instant messaging programs such as Windows Live Messenger. A link to the logitech site is below. It will open in a new window.
(2) Make sure you have the camera working the way you want it to. All you need to do now is add us as a contact with Windows Live Messenger. You can download the program through the link below. Simply follow the instructions to add us as a contact.
Once you have installed Instant Messenger on your system, click on the link that lets you add a contact.
The 'Add Contact' window will appear. In the address line, type the following:
jay_jumplawgroup@hotmail.com
Make sure you use the underscore!
Click the 'OK' button and continue on. Your name will be added to our list and if we are online, we'll accept your name right away.
